Work Force Employment Services is a placement and supported employment program which is designed to meet the needs of people with mental illness who choose integrated employment options.  For many, employment proves as a powerful means to develop and increase self-esteem, a factor which is essential to making life worthwhile.  Work Force is key in helping people choose, keep, and maintain employment; therefore, increasing independence and self-respect. 

Work Force is sponsored by Southern Tier Environments for Living, a mental health service agency.  Established in 1994, the Work Force program serves Chautauqua and Cattaraugus county residents in Western New York.
