• Meet with the Vocational Services Manager to discuss program.

• Complete Referral Packet.

• Require written Treatment Report from Therapist.

• Mail entire Referral Packet to VESID (Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities) to be reviewed.

• A VESID counselor will meet with individual to determine status of program.

• A Counselor will be assigned upon approval.

• A start date is given and individual is actively enrolled in the program.
