Work Force is a vocational rehabilitation program. Work Force provides supported employment services to individuals with a mental illness who desire to enter or re-enter the job market. Work Force operates under the concept of empowerment, which not only acknowledges that individuals with a mental illness have the rights, opportunities, and responsibilities of other citizens, but also helps individuals develop their own potential.
